Why is there soo much air in the crisp packet?

At Real Crisps we put the air in the packs to protect the product in a cushion effect, whilst in transit. Without the air the product would be badly broken and we believe you want your Real Crisps in perfect condition. Occasionally at Real Crisps we are required to put less air in, for instance for airlines where the packs would expand and perhaps burst due to pressure changes when the aircraft is in flight.
