Promoter

• The promoter is REAL Hand Cooked Crisps, a brand of Tayto Group Ltd, Princewood Road, Corby, Northamptonshire, NN17 4AP, UK.

Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Tayto Group Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

• To enter, participants must tag three friends they would like to take to CarFest in the comments of the official competition post on REAL Hand Cooked Crisps’ Instagram page.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted.
• No purchase necessary.

Prize

• One winner will receive four (4) weekend tickets to CarFest 2025, including:
     – Access to the CarFest General Campsite.
     – Entry to the main festival site on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Travel, food, drink, and any other expenses are not included.
• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

Opening & Closing Dates

• The competition opens on 13/08/2025.
• All entries must be received by 19/08/2025.
• Entries received after this date will not be counted.

Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram by 20/08/2025.
• If the winner does not respond within 2 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

General

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The promoter is not responsible for:
○ Any entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or cannot be delivered for technical or other reasons.
○ Any cancellation or alteration of the event by the organisers of CarFest.
• The winner and guests must comply with all event rules and conditions set by CarFest organisers.

Publicity

• The winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including the use of their name and any photos provided, without further payment.

Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy and used solely for the purposes of administering this competition.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
